Markus Döllner
Markus Döllner worked as a lawyer for over nine years, seven and a half of which in a leading German major law firm in Munich. During this time, he developed a deep understanding of the requirements of law firms, companies, and legal decision-makers as well as the career paths of top legal professionals.
Parallel to his legal practice, a particular affinity developed for questions of career development and the strategic positioning of lawyers, from which the aspiration arose to purposefully accompany talents and employers in the sustainable design of professional perspectives in the future.
His professional expertise has been recognized by several awards and nominations, including the distinction as Leading Associate by The Legal 500 as well as a nomination as Rising Star in the Venture Capital sector in 2024. In addition, he regularly published articles on commercial law issues as an author of specialized legal literature.
Today, he brings this market and practical experience to Legal Leverage Boutique Consulting in order to create long-term and strategically tailored connections between outstanding lawyers, law firms, and companies.
Dimitry C. Kolokythas
Dimitry C. Kolokythas is a business lawyer, LL.B., and has about seven years of formative experience in a renowned banking house in Munich. During this time, he developed a keen sense for analyzing complex challenges and developing sustainable, individually viable solutions for demanding mandates.
Parallel to this, a deep understanding of professional decision-making processes and strategic career positioning emerged, especially in the environment of demanding legal and economic activities.
Today, he brings this experience to Legal Leverage Boutique Consulting to bring together outstanding legal talents with leading law firms and companies in a long-term and strategically tailored manner.
Due to his Greek origins, there is an additional focus on the international placement of legal talents, especially from Greece. A central component of his work is cross-border placements with the goal of opening up cross-border career perspectives and purposefully supporting clients in the international staffing of key legal positions.
